General

By placing your order with Cosmic Collection Online Store (www.cosmicstore.co.uk), you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions as set out on this website.

No contract exists between us ("the Seller") and you ("the Buyer") until we have contacted you about your order in person and confirmed the details.

All prices are in British Pound Sterling (£) and include VAT.

We only accept payment by PayPal.

We currently ship to customers in the UK only (for details view Shipments & Deliveries). If you live outside the UK, please contact us to discuss terms. Shipments to non-UK destinations will incur additional postage and insurance charges.

English Jurisdiction

The contracts from the sales of goods by Cosmic Collection (cosmictstore.co.uk) shall be subject to and governed by English Law.

Consumer Rights

The consumer’s statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms or conditions.

The website and conditions

Cosmicstore.co.uk shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of and the reliance on information and advice placed on the web site. We shall also not be liable to you or any third party for any change to or withdrawal of the web site nor shall we be liable for any change to the conditions and your continued use of the Web site following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Placing an Order

Your rights as a consumer

In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.

Limitations

This does not apply, if the goods have already been dispatched during that 7-day period. In this case, all refunds will be processed via our standard return policy.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail, which will include confirmation of availability and delivery schedule. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you of your choices available:

· Wait for the item to become available, and it will be shipped when it is back in stock

· Cancel the item off the order and receive a full refund

· Cancel the whole order and receive a full refund

Orders are despatched in one shipment only. You can request part shipments, but the extra cost will be charged to you.

Orders can only be accepted, if they are placed through the PayPal system and paid for in advance.

OUR RIGHT TO ORDER CANCELLATION

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

· The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

· Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

· The identification of a pricing or product description error

· Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

 

Postage

The following charges are applicable on every order sent as one package under 2kg.

Order Value:

up to £10.00:  £2.95

From £10.01 onwards: £4.20

For parcels over 2kg, the charges are as follows:

2 - 4 kg: £6.50

4 - 6 kg: £9.30

We will contact you, if the postage charge increases due to the weight, so you can pay the additional cost before we dispatch. Of course, at this stage you can change your mind and cancel the order for a full refund.

Weight information is included in the product description of our heavier items, so you can work out, if additional charges are likely to be incurred.

Packaging

We use recycled material wherever possible.

Shipment and Delivery Schedule

Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days provided that

· The goods are in stock

· The order was placed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m GMT , Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays

· PayPal payment has cleared

 

Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and should be with you within 3 - 5 days (UK) after dispatch; this service requires a signature on arrival of goods. We cannot be liable for any goods that arrive late due to no one being available to sign for them.

Delay

In the unlikely event  of a delivery delay,  you will be informed via email of the reason for the delay and an estimated future delivery date.

Limited liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Limitations to Delivery

Currently we only deliver to customers within the UK.

Delivery Obligations

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Returning unwanted goods

Unwanted goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery. Before you return any items, please notify us via e-mail at cosmic.collection@ntlworld.com, so you can obtain our returns address. You have to ensure that goods are returned to us unopened* and undamaged.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

Please remember to enclose your returns slip. If possible, please enclose the outer packaging for insurance purposes.

*Important: Unwanted tarot cards and CDs cannot be returned, if packaging has been opened. All plastic seals and shrink wrap must remain in tact.

Refunds for unwanted goods

Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods by PayPal less the original postage costs. Refunds will be made within 21 days of return of goods.

Refunds for customer’s delivery costs

The customer’s returns costs shall be refunded when:

· The good(s) is/are proved faulty or have been damaged in transit on delivery to the customer

· We have been notified of the fault/damage within 14 days of delivery via e-mail or post

· Damaged outer packaging must be included (if applicable) for insurance purposes

 

These refunds will be made within 21 days of return of goods.
